With a number of prepared modules in his web arsenal, Robb can adjust the content and pacing to suit the audience. This ability worked well for us due to the wide variation of skill levels at our newspaper groups. During a recent trip to Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver, Robb was an engaging and effective presenter.
