I am starting week two of my three-month training tour and thought I would share what the Toronto Star’s Roger Gillespie and learned about the Toronto Camp VJ Workshop .
It is simply this, it is you guys who spread the word and make the success.
Here are some videos and photos from this week’s training taken by Roger during the workshops.

I hope you enjoyed your contributions and will consider sharing a link to the next training event produced by the Visual Editors charity.

Washington, Harrisburg, Dulles and Cairo
I am in DC writing this after flying last night from Toronto to Chicago to Washington, D.C.
The London workshop is a few stops downstream from my next seminars in Pennsylvania and Cairo but the success form Toronto reminds me that it is also my job to do all I can to get the word out. And that’s where my friends come in.
The web reporting and video journalism workshops
The Toronto Star events sold out and I have responded to several e-mails from people who were left out or heard about it too late to sign up in time.
I don’t like that to happen - so please tell your pals in the UK about this next training.
The new wrinkle is that you can sign up for one day, one topic seminars or get a discount for multiple days.
Toronto, I think we will be back soon with more workshops at The Toronto Star. Stay tuned.
Here’s a slideshow from Roger that he built using the Visual Editors gallery player.
