Orlando's seems similar to several others, such as Kansas City's. What if the Sunday-only reader wants a different kind of newspaper from the weekday home-delivered reader, and different from the person who picks up a paper at the coffee shop at lunch time? What if you had a one-section paper called The Essentials? Why the emphasis on print? What if the answer is a first-rate Web site? How many years do you expect to be publishing on paper?
